4 Hour Window with use of 8 Tables with 8 Chairs at each. (Seats 64 People). Included is Mini-Refrig, Microwave, 1 bathroom, JBL Speaker with microphone, Samsung Smart TV, 4 8ft tables, portable bar, 2 round high-top bar tables, 1 couch, 2 chairs for lounge area, selfie wall. No Nailing OR Stapling Decor. Clear tape only or Tape that doesn't damage. PLEASE BRING: Ice, paper towels, plates, bowls, silverware, decor, trash bags or anything needed for your party. NO Alcohol unless approved by OWNER. Smoking only outside. NO children are to be left unattended. Keep doors closed at ALL times. There is a fire extinguisher by the backdoor… please familiarize yourself with its location. 2 Exit doors are clearly visible for quick exit. We are excited to have you. YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS BY BOOKING THIS APPOINTMENT. IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL TIME TO SET UP AND/OR CLEAN, IT IS $100 AN HOUR. YOU WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU GO OVER.
